Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable, either fully or in part for cash of any amount.

Gift cards are for one use only, no part cash or equivalent refunds are available.

Gift cards expire 12 months after the purchase date.

Gift cards are valid at Sen Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar, 26 Normanby Road, Mt. Eden, Auckland up to and including the expiry date.

Gift cards cannot be re-sold or bartered for cash.

You may be required to produce proof of identification at the time of redeeming your Gift Card. If you are unable to provide identification, Sen Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar may elect to not accept the Gift Card as payment until you are able to do so.

Sen Vietnamese Kitchen & Bar reserves the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms & Conditions at any time where the change is required.

These terms (and the provision of products and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted solely in accordance with New Zealand law. In the event of any disputes arising in relation to these terms or their subject matter, the New Zealand courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
